Say the following affirmations out loud and repeat daily until you believe what you hear. Affirmations are proven to increase self-esteem. โฃWhen practiced often, they can manifest into reality!

These affirmations are different from "I AM" statements because when said aloud, they trigger a part of the brain that hears the phrase from a second-person point of view which is like telling yourself how amazing you are. Then when you hear a stranger, friend, or family member tell you how amazing you are, you will know it's true and that's the beauty in it.

As you read;

Take your time and reflect on each phrase. Close your eyes, play soft instrumental music, and get comfy! Truly think about what each word means to you. Feel each word and visualize it in your life.
