Day 15: Don’t say “If”
Day 15: Every time you say “If” you’re doubting yourself. Don’t think about it as “If I reach my goals” NO instead say “WHEN I reach my goals”. By telling yourself this simple mind trick you’re already in the running to making it happen.
Overtime you’ll believe that you’re capable of achieving it or becoming whatever that may be and it will surely happen
Between you and I, I’d write down a list of “When” statement in a sentence for each explaining what that looks like
Ex: When I do 500 push-ups a day I will be strong (or whatever yours may be haha btw this should be on my list considering how much I hate doing push-ups)
So next time you say “If” remember to stop doubting yourself and instead replace it with “When”
