This is one of the top success habits you should practice!
Practice being consistent! Start making that extra time for your goals and be consistent in the ways you achieve them.
Anyone who gains the skill of consistency will notice that over time that consistency will transpire into a habit which turns into your second nature
I know starting isn’t always the easiest part but start small and give yourself reminders so that you stay on top of your consistency
(P.s. We’re 1/4 th of the way to 100 days!! Glad this challenge is teaching me consistency too)
