Day 42: Comparison will eat your confidence right up. It’s those times when you think you’re doing so good and then you look at the next person and see how much better they’re doing, and you instantly feel intimidated. Your confidence goes down, and the effects that it causes mentally are negative.
There are times when we do so much and feel like we “aren’t good enough” or “our best could be better”. We all get those feelings, that’s human nature, but don’t let those feelings force you to believe that.
Here’s some things to remember when you feel like comparing yourself to others:
