Day 50: Not every successful person is a leader but every leader is successful.

Day 50: The difference in a successful person and a leader is that leaders impact lives. Jesus, MLK, Oprah Winfrey, The Obama’s, and so many other great leaders are all successful.⁣

What each leader carries with them is the courage to take initiatives. They are the ones who’s name brings instant memories of their legacy. ⁣

⁣

They weren’t always successful leaders. No, it took them years of hard work, dedication, and fortitude to get to where they are today. ⁣

⁣

They didn’t just aim to be successful but they chose to be leaders and that is what brought them success.⁣

⁣

What I often forget is that leadership grows with you. Good leaders are successful but unfortunately so are bad ones. It’s the drive behind what they do that pushes them so far. ⁣
