Waking up early in the morning feels so much better than sleeping in and rolling over to hit your alarm for the 3rd time only before dragging yourself out of the bed :/ ....

My body usually wakes up around 8 every morning. From there I stretch, drink water, wash my face, start reading/journaling, then start my day! This routine of mine is very relaxing in fact I always tell myself not to touch my phone for the first 30 minutes that I am awake! You’ll be amazed at the difference it can make on your day!
I challenge you to not touch your phone for the first 30 minutes you wake up too! Thank me later. 🚨
