Day 85: 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴
These two things are so important for us to include in our regular routine not just for the body but for our minds too!

This can reduce stress and anxiety, and increases our body’s ability to resist disease .

This allows more oxygen to flow to our brain which increases your health, sleep routine, memory, and positive thinking!

Find time to move your body for just 30 minutes everyday.
