Day 92: Let’s Talk Self-love and Confidence

Let this post be a quick confidence booster if you struggle with comparison.

You don’t have to change your skin color, your hair, your outfits, or anything to please other people if you truly aren’t happy with yourself. Those things will not make you confident because confidence comes from within. Whoever you are comparing yourself to may look happy, but often the grass is not greener on the other side. Instead, find what makes you uniquely beautiful and try to focus your confidence on that one aspect of yourself. You may be really good at making others open up, or you may have very cool looking hair, but the thing to remember is that you have something amazing about you that others do not have. As soon as you identify that thing, and be grateful for it, other people will notice. The best part about this is when you are being yourself, you attract the right people. This is because similar people will find you and accept you for being yourself. In addition, you will feel happier knowing that you are accepted for being open and honestly you.

Remember to write this in today's journal: If you like it -> 𝘿𝙊 𝙄𝙏⁣ If you want it -> 𝙋𝙐𝙍𝙎𝙐𝙀 𝙄𝙏⁣ If you can dream it -> 𝘼𝘾𝙃𝙄𝙀𝙑𝙀 𝙄𝙏⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #100DAYSOFMOTIVATION
