Every morning when you wake up, think/say a few thoughts of gratitude.
In addition if you expect something good to happen when you wake up, you will more likely experience a positive mood all day because you are beginning the day with a good mindset.
Everyday is a new gift. We should spend our time appreciating our days to the best of our ability. It could be trying something new, meeting new people, or taking a new risk.
