Hi there! Welcome to day one of the “100 Days of Motivation” challenge. Our goal here on #ThinkPositive, is to spend the next 100 days offering motivational blogs that can hopefully inspire you to be more active in the mental health community, either for you or someone else.
These blog posts were originally written on social media, therefore some articles may be significantly shorter than others due to the nature of captions when posting on social media. Some blogs have been modified and added-to for the sake of educating the mental health community members.
This initial post is just a reminder to start something new in your life. It doesn't matter if it is something big or something small, just implement one new thing to your routine everyday for the next 30 days and watch how drastically different your life will be.
